Competition Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter

The promoter is Angel Eyes Limited (“the Promoter”).

2. Eligibility

Competitions are open to persons aged 18 years or over, unless otherwise stated in the particular competition.

Employees of the Promoter and anyone directly involved in organising or administering the relevant competition may not enter.

The Promoter reserves the right to require proof of age, identity and eligibility before awarding a prize.

3. How to enter

Entry must be made in accordance with the instructions published for the particular competition.

Entries received after the stated closing date and time will not be accepted.

No payment is required to enter unless expressly stated otherwise.

Only entries that comply with the competition instructions and these terms and conditions will be eligible.

4. Selection of winners

Winners will be selected in the manner stated in the relevant competition announcement.

Where a winner is selected by random draw, the Promoter's decision will be final.

The Promoter will contact the winner using the contact details or social-media account associated with their entry.

If a winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the period specified by the Promoter, is unable to accept the prize, or is found to be ineligible, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner.

5. Prizes

The prize will be as described in the relevant competition announcement.

Prizes are personal to the winner and may not be sold, transferred, exchanged or assigned to another person.

There is no cash alternative to any prize, and the Promoter will not substitute the prize for its monetary value.

The Promoter reserves the right, where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary, to substitute a prize with another prize of equivalent or greater value.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, any travel, accommodation, meals, refreshments or other expenses associated with accepting or using a prize are the responsibility of the winner.

6. Meet & Greet Prizes

Where a prize includes a meet and greet with an artist, the meet and greet is at all times subject to the artist's availability and commitments on the day of the event.

Artist schedules may be affected by rehearsals, sound checks, media commitments, travel arrangements, performance requirements, illness or other operational or professional circumstances.

Accordingly, the Promoter reserves the right to alter, postpone or cancel a meet and greet where artist commitments, availability or other circumstances make this necessary.

Where a meet and greet cannot take place, the winner will remain entitled to any other element of the prize, including festival tickets where these form part of the prize, but no cash compensation or alternative payment will be payable in respect of the cancelled meet and greet.

The timing, duration, location and format of any meet and greet will be determined by the Promoter and/or the relevant artist or artist's representatives.

Winners must comply with all reasonable instructions provided by the Promoter, event staff, security personnel and the artist's representatives.

7. Festival Tickets

Where festival tickets form part of the prize, the tickets:

• are valid only for the event or date stated;
• may not be resold or transferred;
• remain subject to the general terms and conditions applicable to admission to GMF Summer Sessions; and
• may be withdrawn if the winner attempts to sell, auction or otherwise commercially dispose of them.

Admission to the festival remains subject to the event's normal admission, safety and security requirements.

8. Changes or cancellation

The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel a competition where circumstances outside its reasonable control make this necessary.

The Promoter also reserves the right to make reasonable changes to the arrangements for delivery or enjoyment of a prize where operational, safety, artist or event requirements make this necessary.

9. Disqualification

The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant where it reasonably believes that:

• the entrant has breached these terms and conditions;
• the entry is fraudulent or has been manipulated;
• multiple or automated entries have been submitted contrary to the competition instructions;
• false information has been provided; or
• the entrant has otherwise attempted to gain an unfair advantage.

10. Publicity

The Promoter may announce the name of a competition winner through GMF's website or social-media channels.

Where photographs, video or other promotional content involving a winner are proposed, any necessary permissions will be dealt with separately where appropriate.

11. Personal information

Personal information provided in connection with a competition will be used to administer the competition, contact winners and deliver prizes.

Personal information will otherwise be handled in accordance with the Promoter's Privacy Policy.

Entry into a competition does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive unrelated marketing communications.

12. Social Media Competitions

Where a competition is operated through Facebook, Instagram or another social-media platform, the competition is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with that platform unless expressly stated otherwise.

Entrants release the relevant social-media platform from responsibility in connection with the competition to the extent permitted by law.

13. Responsibility

The Promoter will not be responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete or not received due to technical problems, network failure, social-media platform failure or other circumstances outside its reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability which cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

14. Decisions

The Promoter's decision regarding the administration of the competition, eligibility of entrants, selection of winners and award of prizes is final, subject to applicable law.

15. Governing Law

These terms and conditions and any competition to which they apply are governed by the laws of Gibraltar.

Any dispute arising in connection with a competition shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Gibraltar.

16. Additional Competition Terms

Individual competitions may contain additional conditions, including specific opening and closing dates, eligibility requirements, entry methods and details of the prize.

Where additional terms are published for an individual competition, those additional terms should be read together with these general terms and conditions.
